Our goal at Orbitly Studio is simple: we want you to love your order.

Because every item is made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color choices, or for a change of mind.

However, if something isn't right, please email us at support@orbitlystudio.com. We'll always do our best to help.

If your item arrives incorrect, damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible orders will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide a photo showing the problem.
